Snow Bodyboarding

That's Me!

The video is better and the El-Rolo is sweet. Check out the face expression though.

Surfing and Action Sports

Give me some fast paced music and some action footage. That's fun for me.

The winter of 2002, is when I really began to enjoy video editing. I've always had a video camera in hand, but once I started making videos of my colleagues and I snowboarding in Park City, UT is when the passion came. The payoff was watching their reactions to the footage and expressions during certain parts in the edit. Edit's I planned to get a laugh out of them or put them on edge. I loved it.

Around this time, is when I changed my major from Business to Digital Media/Motion Pictures and switched from BYU to Utah Valley University. It was an inspired decision for me and I'm glad I did. Video production is my passion. Creating something out of nothing and entertaining thousands every day, all started from those snowboarding days. I just looked at the stats on VIMEO and this year alone, my total watch time, from viewers of my videos, is 30 Days, 11 Hours, 56 Minutes, and 9 Seconds. WOW! And counting….

Sure, I watched the passion from my Dad as he produced 1,500+ Sports TV shows growing up, but he never pushed me to follow him. He let met decide and I'm thankful for that. It just came on my own.

Now in 2017, I'm grateful to be doing what I love and working with so many neat people. I've always enjoyed relationships and meeting new people. This profession certainly allows that to happen on each and every project.

Cheers,

Justin
