Purpose:
- Provide opportunities to other talented creators who we admire and trust with our business. We hope to provide more opportunities to just shoot and not have to worry about
- Handle weddings or shoots when Justin or Emily is Unavailable or booked.
- Maintain brand quality and client experience under Gibby Visuals Inc.
Role Types:
- Lead Associate Photographer: Shoots weddings under your brand’s name independently
- Second Shooter: Assists you or another lead photographer.
CAMERA GEAR:
(We may have extra gear to help here)
LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER:
- 2 x Camera Bodies
- Empty Cards (Enough storage to keep cards in camera the entire day)
- Batteries Fully charged to last all day (Please don’t charge on a wedding day)
- OCF (Off Camera Flash) for the reception. (Minimum of 2 Flashes are needed) Emily uses 4 on a wedding day
- Light Stands
- Lead the 2nd shooter throughout the day
LENSES:
- 24-70mm 2.8 is ideal for every event
- Prime is great for pretty portraits
- 70-200mm 2.8 is a must for Ceremony
- Macro for Details is a Bonus

- 2 x Camera Bodies

ADDITIONAL PREP GEAR:
- Print Timeline (Looks more professional than looking at your phone)
- Arrive 15 minutes early (Earlier if parking is bad)
- Sunscreen (If Needed)
- Gaff Tape
- Leather Man Tool
- Advil
- Cart for carrying gear (Optional)
TIMELINE:
- Keep on track with the timeline and couples needs
- If the couple is done with photos and ready to mingle, let them.
FIRST LOOKS:
- Pick a quiet spot, place the groom first, and coordinated with photographers and videographers.
CEREMONY:
- Make sure to communicate with other photographer and videographers briefly before the ceremony starts.
- No need to be in front after the bride comes down the aisle.
CAKE CUTTING
- Light is off-center and directed at their faces.
- Make sure the light isn’t too bright
- 1 or 2 Camera Angles
NO EXIT
At the completion time. Please check with Couple if any other photos before leaving.
BEFORE LEAVING
”Thank the couple for having you”
Compliment the other Vendors that have been working hard all day too.

GETTING PAID
Once your footage is uploaded or I have all your cards, I’ll be able to submit payment.
RAW FILES:
- Must deliver RAW files within 48 hours via Dropbox, Google Drive, or handoff. Need to back these up quickly on our servers.
EDITING:
- Editing stays in-house to maintain the Gibby Visuals look
BACKUP POLICY:
- Require dual-card shooting.
- Files kept on external drive for 90 days minimum.
